Although due to the pandemic this year, some of our programs were cut short, I am still striving to reach my fundraising goal to help benefit the upcoming class of leaders. My goal for the month of September, and to close out the fundraiser is $500. During my year of service, I spent my time leading Discovery at Brookview Elementary School, which is a Saturday morning enrichment program that offers STEAM, SEL, Fitness, and Health activities to metro Atlanta’s K-5 youth.
With this being my birthday month, the best gift I could receive would be a High Five for Five, which would be a gift of $5 donated towards my fundraiser. A gift of $5 can really go far to help reach my goal, but if you are not able to give at that level, any donation will help!
